Yes. Add images, videos, and links in the booking notes step. Uploads are compressed where possible and kept with your appointment history so your stylist can prepare.
Check-inHow does QR check-in work?
Scan the entrance QR code on your phone, confirm your arrival, and the salon team sees your live check-in status. The app can also show your appointment flow and queue updates.
PaymentsCan I pay in store or only online?
You can pay a deposit online, pay in store when available, or use wallet balance when supported. Receipts are generated and emailed after payment activity.
RewardsHow do membership tiers work?
Tiers are visit-based. Guest is no account, Member is under 5 visits, VIP begins around 10-20 completed visits, and Diamond is for 30+ attended appointments.

Open your profile settings to update your name, email, password, bio, cover photo, profile photo, notifications, privacy preferences, and two-factor authentication.
